Deborah Gordon, MS, LCPC, CCM

With over 35 years of experience, Deborah (Debbie) Gordon is an expert in the field of vocational testing and counseling with a reputation among judges, lawyers, and clients alike for her objective, data-driven expert opinions on employment related matters.

After accruing deep foundational knowledge as a vocational counselor, senior rehabilitation consultant and rehabilitation center manager with the likes of Worker Rehabilitation Services, Rehabilitation Consultants for Industry, and Massachusetts-based Braintree Hospital, Debbie began her own firm. 

In 1992, Vocational Testing, Inc. was opened in Northbrook, IL with Debbie at the helm as the President and Owner. In the 25+ years since its inception, Vocational Testing and Debbie Gordon have become well-respected names particularly throughout Greater Chicagoland in the areas of vocational evaluation, vocational testing, work readiness counseling, career exploration, and more. 

As a qualified vocational expert, Debbie has testified at dozens of trials in Cook County, Lake County, Will County, Kane County, McHenry County, and DuPage County in matrimonial (divorce) cases. Further, she has been appointed as a 604(b) expert in Cook County, IL and a 503(l) expert in Lake County, IL.
